All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our warehouse address.
All our garden tools come with a standard 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the defective product, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and provide a resolution which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
